Identified - Starting at 06:00 pm PT on September 12, 2025, Abnormal is experiencing service issues affecting customer access to the portal for US customers. During this time, customers may be unable to log into the portal to access their account settings and security configurations. Abnormal's engineering team has identified the cause and is actively working to restore full portal access. Email protection services continue to operate normally during this time. Abnormal will provide an update within the next hour or when portal access is fully restored, whichever comes first.

Identified - Starting around 13:00 UTC on September 9, 2025, Abnormal experienced a service disruption affecting email protection for some US customer mailboxes across Office 365 and Google Workspace environments. During this time, affected mailboxes experienced interrupted email security monitoring and protection services.
