Starting around 22:23 UTC on March 16, 2026, Abnormal experienced a service disruption impacting Inbound Email Security detection and remediation for some US customers. During this time, inline email processing was also affected, and some emails may not have been properly detected or remediated. Abnormal's engineering team actively worked to address the issue, and all services were fully restored as of 23:56 UTC. Detection and remediation are now operating as expected for US customers.
