Between 15:35 UTC and 16:37 UTC, customers experienced issues with the Abnormal Portal which caused slowness and failures when trying to load and navigate the portal. Email remediation and detection services remained fully operational during this time. Abnormal Portal services are now fully recovered and all functionality has been restored. Starting around 15:35 UTC, Abnormal began experiencing issues with the Abnormal Portal which is causing slowness and failures when trying to load and navigate the portal for US customers. Email remediation and detection services remain fully operational during this time. Abnormal's engineering team is actively investigating this issue and working toward a resolution.
