Between 22:10 UTC and 22:50 UTC on July 27, 2026, Abnormal experienced a service disruption affecting Inbound Email Security, Inline, and Graymail processing for Google Workspace customers in both US and EU regions. During this time, inbound email processing was temporarily interrupted, which may have caused delays in email detection and remediation. The engineering team has resolved the issue, and all services have been fully restored. All emails from the impacted window have been successfully reprocessed.
