Between 09:53 UTC on April 4, 2026 and 17:38 UTC on April 6, 2026, Abnormal experienced an issue within the Gov Portal affecting the AI Security Mailbox Analyzed tab and remediation information cards on the message details page. During this time, Gov customers may have experienced failures when loading the AI Security Mailbox Analyzed tab, and remediation details may have appeared incomplete or failed to display on the message details page. The Abnormal engineering team identified and resolved the underlying issue, and full functionality has been restored.
