Portal access has been fully restored for all US customers as of 07:30 pm PT on September 12, 2025. Detection and remediation services were not impacted as part of this issue, and email protection continued to operate normally throughout the incident. Starting at 06:00 pm PT on September 12, 2025, Abnormal is experiencing service issues affecting customer access to the portal for US customers. During this time, customers may be unable to log into the portal to access their account settings and security configurations. Abnormal's engineering team has identified the cause and is actively working to restore full portal access. Email protection services continue to operate normally during this time. Abnormal will provide an update within the next hour or when portal access is fully restored, whichever comes first.
